My name is Meagan, founder of Simple Living Services. I have a passion for helping people transform their homes into the space they always wanted it to be.

I hold a degree in psychology and have years of experience and study in the realm of transformative therapies. I understand the intricacies of having a unique mind and how many of us can easily allow an environment to get out of hand. Often there can be blocks in being unable to keep up with the mess.

While cleaning is considered a simple task, it can be hard to find someone reliable. I enjoy being that person, making an effort to provide consistent and excellent service. My goal is that by cleaning your space, your house will be the home you always wanted it to be. Cleaning products used are natural and environmentally safe

Home Organization is effective in boosting mood, confidence and creativity. It may even lead you to discover something about yourself buried in the clutter!

While I serve people of all kind, my specialty is working with women who have ADHD, Autism or PTSD

What are your rules for your cleaning services?

a) Make sure surfaces and floors are cleared prior to arrival
b) No dishes- make sure they are in done or put in dishwasher
c) No laundry services are offered

d) No moving furniture except light end tables and chairs

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean if something comes up or you need to reschedule for a later date. Failure to do so will result in being billed for the clean scheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours twice will result in the termination of the contract. This is to honor my time as well as yours!

What products do you use?

Most products used are all natural environmentally safe products including Orange oil and a Clean & Simple brand All purpose cleaner. These products are gentle on hands and harsh chemicals. The only time I used harsh chemicals is for hard water stains and the toilet, although these can be omitted at your request.

What is involved in a Basic Clean?

Basic cleans are designed to maintain cleanliness in the home and is performed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Tasks include

dusting and wiping down all surfaces
vacuuming and mopping floors
cleaning bathrooms (toilet, showers, sinks)
cleaning out kitchen sink
making beds
emptying trash

What is involved in a deep clean?

A deep clean is performed a few times a year or when moving out/in and is more detailed than a basic clean. Services include:

Cleaning windowsills and blinds
Wiping down all baseboards
Ceiling fans wiped down
Vacuuming upholstery
Wiping down cabinets
removing hard water stains
Cleaning all vents
Degrease stove top, hood and backsplash
cleaning inside microwave
cleaning inside oven and refrigerator
wiping kitchen appliances

Do you offer any additional services?

I have an itemized list of a few extra services that are not included in the basic clean. This includes services such as cleaning windows, washing windows and wiping down blinds. A full list of itemized offerings is available at your request.

What is the Price?

In order to give a price I require an in-person visit to assess the square footage and general cleanliness of the home, including if there are pets or kids in the home. A same-day clean is always offered when doing a contract. Prices reflect the quality of services offered.

Are you licensed and bonded?

Cleaning is an intimate business and having someone in your personal space on a regular basis requires trust. I believe every customer deserves a reliable service they can trust and that will give them peace of mind. For this reason SLS is licensed and bonded in the state of Texas, ensuring you get great service every time!

Anything else I should know?

We are selective with the clients we take on, as you should be with our services. SLS is all about offering quality services for discerning individuals. For organizing services, I only take on clients READY for the change. Our company values are integrity, reliability and excellent service!
